An account will be opened in your name to charge items that are not included in the Stay & Play program such as purchases in the Pro Shop, alcoholic beverages, golf or tennis lessons, massages or special services in the Fitness Center.  A credit card may be required to guarantee payment. 

Participants will be required to take a tour of available properties.  Arrangements to view properties for sale or to rent may be made at the convenience of the participant by contacting HR Properties: 800-330-1263. 

Indemnification in writing will be required in the event of an accident

Participants must respect the Dress Code and procedural guidelines that will be provided in advance.

Reservation dates will depend on the availability of a limited number of accommodations.  When making arrangements for a visit, participants are requested to ask about scheduled closures of the golf courses for special maintenance projects.  Also, please inquire about nights the Clubhouse will be closed.

During the summer months, May 1st to November 1st, the Club is closed every Monday.
