Full Range of Cardiovascular & Strength Equipment
Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. - Noon

Interstate 95 to exit 102 Palm City. Continue on High Meadows Avenue for 3 ½ miles to the Martin Downs Intersection. The Palm City Professional Building is on the left corner; make an immediate left into the parking lot.

 

Turnpike to Stuart exit #133. Continue on Martin Downs Blvd., for 2 miles, (6 traffic lights) to Mapp Road. The Palm City Professional Building is on the left corner; turn left and make an immediate left into the parking lot.
 

US #1 to Monterey Road. Turn West, go over Palm City Bridge. Continue to 1st traffic light, Mapp Road. Turn right onto Mapp Road, and make your 1st left into parking lot of the Palm City Professional Building..
