Harbour Ridge Yacht Club is located along 2 miles of the mile and a half wide, north fork of the St. Lucie River adjacent to Stuart, Florida. Stuart, which has long been recognized as the Sailfish Capital of the world, has immerged as a Mecca of yachting. East is the Bahamas, west is Lake Okeechobee and Ft. Myers, south is Jupiter and Palm Beach, north is Ft. Pierce and the Indian River lagoon. Stuart is a boater's dream with a fresh water river, brackish creeks, service orientated marinas, and wonderful fishing. There are equal opportunities for inland and of shore fishing and intercoastal and ocean yachting. With 3 marinas and 109 protected boat slips, Harbour Ridge has direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean, 12 miles away, and the locks leading to Lake Okeechobee and the west coast of Florida.

Slips for Sale:

Harbour Ridge docks are located on a preserve owned by the state and are leased to the marina. Individual subleases are available to the members of Harbour Ridge. These subleases are available from $60,000 for slips of 69’ to $2500 for a 20’ slip

Slips for Lease:
	Rate established by the Property Owners Association and subject to change. Current, (2007), rate is:
	Short Term Lease (5 Months lease minimum) Boats 27’ or less $10.00 per foot per month Boats over 27’ $12.00 per foot per month
	Long Term Lease (12 Months) Boats 27’ or less $8.00 per foot per month Boats over 27’ $9.50 per foot per month

Quarterly maintenance assessment of $126 to $299 plus electricity

Membership of over 160 couples in Harbour Ridge

Active social schedule with many planned events such as luncheon cruises to Sailfish Point or Loblolly to longer planned cruises to the Bahamas and other points of interest in Florida.

Friday evening “Dock-tails” are held twice a month in season.

Scheduled dances and get together events such as the Commodore’s Ball, Yacht Club Golf Tournament and Opening Ceremony, and meetings in the Clubhouse.

The River Pavilion, pictured above, is located directly on the St. Lucie River and was donated to the Club by members of the Yacht Club and other special friends. It is a wonderful relaxing facility from which to observe the St. Lucie River with all its marine activities. It is open for special occasions such as "Docktails", receptions and private parties.

· Interstate 95 to exit 102 Palm City. Continue on SW High Meadows Avenue for 3 ½ miles to the Martin Downs Intersection. Turn left onto Martin Downs Blvd. and make a very quick right into the Walgreens Shopping Center. As you drive in to the shopping center, our office is on your left facing Walgreens. You can park by Walgreens.

· Turnpike to Stuart exit #133. Continue on Martin Downs Blvd. 1 mile to High Meadows Avenue. Make a U-Turn at the light and a quick right hand turn into the Walgreens shopping center. Our office is on your left facing Walgreens.

· US #1 to Monterey Road Turn West, go over Palm City Bridge. Continue to High Meadows Avenue, (4th light). Go through this light and make your 1st right into the Walgreens Plaza. Our office is on your left facing Walgreens.
