An account will be opened in your name to charge items that are not included in the Stay & Play program such as purchases in the Pro Shop, alcoholic beverages, golf or tennis lessons, massages or special services in the Fitness Center. A credit card may be required to guarantee payment.

Participants will be required to take a tour of available properties. Arrangements to view properties for sale or to rent may be made at the convenience of the participant by contacting HR Properties: 800-330-1263.

Indemnification in writing will be required in the event of an accident

Participants must respect the Dress Code and procedural guidelines that will be provided in advance.

Reservation dates will depend on the availability of a limited number of accommodations. When making arrangements for a visit, participants are requested to ask about scheduled closures of the golf courses for special maintenance projects. Also, please inquire about nights the Clubhouse will be closed.

The Club and golf course is closed every Monday during the summer months which are May 1st to November 1st, .

From November 1st through April 30th,

the Stay & Play Package rate is $500.00 per couple

From May 1st through October 31st,

the Stay & Play Package rate is $400.00 per couple
