Harbour Ridge is a member of the Florida Council Of Yacht Clubs which has 36 reciprocal Yacht & Yacht & Country Club’s as members throughout the state of Florida.

Stuart, recognized as the Sailfish Capital of the world, has immerged as a Mecca of yachting. East is the Bahamas, west is Lake Okeechobee and Ft. Myers, south is Jupiter and Palm Beach, north is Ft. Pierce and the Indian River lagoon. Stuart is a boater’s dream with a fresh water river, brackish creeks, service orientated marinas, and wonderful fishing. There are equal opportunities for inland and of shore fishing and Inter-Coastal and ocean yachting.

Harbour Ridge has direct access to the Inter-Coastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean, 12 miles away, the locks leading to Lake Okeechobee and the west coast of Florida.

Social: Yacht Club Membership is over 160 couples in Harbour Ridge Active social schedule with many planned events, including luncheon cruises to Sailfish Point or Loblolly. Longer cruises to the Bahamas and other points of interest in Florida are also planned. Additional waterfront operations include a water taxi service to and from Stuart twice a week for dining, kayaking, and fishing tournaments.
Yacht Club Membership Membership in the Harbour Ridge Yacht Club is optional and additional.

  • Joining Fee: $200.00 one time fee
  • Dues: $200.00 per year

Slips for Sale: Docks are located on a preserve owned by the the State of Florida and leased to the Harbour Ridge Property Owner’s Association. Individual subleases are available to the members of Harbour Ridge. These subleases are available from $60,000 for slips of 69′ to $10,000+- for a 24′ slip.
Additional Fees: Every slip owner will pay a nominal fee per month.

Boat Slips For Lease

Rate established by the Property Owners Association and subject to change. Current (2022) rate is:

Daily Lease: 1st night is electric only, $10 to $20. After 1st night, $50 per night + Electric
Monthly Lease:
  • $13 per foot per month without lift + Electric
  • $16 per foot per month with lift + Electric
Short Term Lease:
  • 6 Months lease minimum
  • $11 per foot per month without lift + Electric
  • $14 per foot per month with lift + Electric
Long Term Lease:
  • 12 Months lease minimum
  • $10.00 per foot per month without lift + Electric
  • $13 per foot per month with lift + Electric
